His name is Hobbes.
All the freelancing and late nights and near break-ups have resulted in many bills paid, but also in this, my newest technology child. Thanks to Czeltic Girl for the photo and bandwidth.
I have dinner with Dad tonight, or Hobbes would be getting quite the workout. Now I can run WoW in a window while I work! Not that I would do that.
Not my bandwidth you’re eating. Just flickr’s. But I’m sure they’re happy to provide. :)

Macs are the fruit of the DEVIL!
Come back to us Steel. Don’t let them tempt you with the darkside.

I need my mac for work; gaming is still exclusively PC. I don’t like working on PCs where my data is prey to the random re-installation of Windows.

I’ll just ignore the bad words you said about Windows

Just like a good Windows user. “What problem? I LIKE having my data balanced on a precipice of insecure browser and email programs coupled with crippling OS-level bugs. I LIKE working all night restoring .dll files. I LIKE ripped-off, crummier versions of interfaces.” Shall I go on?

We will never see eye to eye on this. You can throw all that technical stuff at me. But in the grand scheme of things, our lives have been changed by Microsoft, and I’d go as far to say, in a positive way. They mass-produce a product for the world to use. Is it perfect, hell no, but it has revolutionized the industry. However, they are “big business” thus they are the target for all of the conspiracy theorist and a scapegoat for people to blame when something goes wrong with their computer.

Don’t mistake me for a mindless zealot. They’re not the scapegoat for no reason.
